Soft Integral Skin Foams

Soft Integral Skin Foams are manufactured using specially blended Integral Skin PU Material having a lower density as compared to conventional Integral Skin Hard Foams. These foams offer same functionalities and properties as the NVH foams. The added advantage of these foams is that these are used in Areas where there is a huge exposure to water and water ingress. A thin layer of Integral Skin allows water ingress to be reduced to extremely low levels (below 10%) as compared to conventional foams. These foams allow customers to save a lot as compared to other solutions which are expensive.
